Zben Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating a zben account. Registering with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

• One Person, One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or address. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended.
• Age Verification: You must confirm you are 18 or older at the time of registration. zben may request verification via national ID or passport at any time.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are liable for any activity carried out using a password you have shared with others.
• KYC Verification: Identity and address verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals put on hold.
• Account Suspension: zben reserves the right to close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.

Once a bet is placed on zben, it is final and cannot be cancelled without valid grounds. Always verify the details on your bet slip before confirming.

• Minimum Bet: Starting from just ৳20 for Sports Betting and crash games, and ৳50 for Live Casino.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and when it is confirmed during live betting. If you do not accept the updated odds, your bet will not be placed.
• System Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be declared void.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Cash-Out: The cash-out feature may not be available for all bets or at all times — it depends on the event and current conditions.
• Bet Outcome: Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the match or event. Appeals or result reversals have no bearing on settled bets.

You can deposit to zben using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — funds sent from someone else's number may not be accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 for bKash, Nagad & Rocket; ৳500 for bank transfers.

• Deposit Charges: zben does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Transaction ID: Save the transaction ID for every deposit. If anything goes wrong, it makes resolving the issue much faster.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit fails, the amount is typically returned to the sender within 30 minutes. If it hasn't been returned, please provide the transaction ID via live chat.

There are certain conditions you need to meet in order to withdraw your winnings from zben. These rules are in place to keep the withdrawal process safe and transparent.

Any of the following activities on zben will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering with a fake identity, false information, or another person's details.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Placing bets strategically to avoid bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts to gain an advantage (arbitrage).
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using zben for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Assisting minors in opening or accessing an account.

Zben believes betting should be a source of entertainment — never a source of stress or addiction. That's why the platform includes comprehensive responsible betting tools.

• Betting Limits: You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and betting limits from your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from your account at any time.
• Reality Check: The system will automatically send you reminders during extended gaming sessions.
